At some point your child will be ready to learn how to build a campfire. It's an exciting event because it marks a point of maturity.
Of course, adult supervision and fire safety lessons go hand-in-hand with this activity, but don't make the mistake of skipping it altogether. When you build a fire, you can teach kids about life.
